2.1 All appointments, classes, workshops and events must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
2.2 Bookings cannot be made for times that fall within less than 24 hours from the current time.
2.3 Bookings can be made through the online booking system, by calling centre reception, or via direct contact forms and messaging.
3. Payment
3.1 Payments can be made onsite in cash at the centre or online using the available online payment options.
3.2 Payments are due at the time of service or online before the appointment begins if paid using digital methods.
3.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring the correct payment method is selected and completed for their booking.
3.4 Gift cards, vouchers or credits may be used for payment where applicable.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 If you need to change or cancel an appointment, class, workshop, or event booking you must provide at least 24 hours advance notice.
4.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full cost of the booked service.
4.3 This cancellation policy helps respect practitioner time and ensures fair scheduling for all clients.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Clients must provide accurate health information when requested for certain therapies.
5.2 Some services may not be suitable for all individuals. It is the client’s responsibility to assess their own readiness and suitability for a service.
5.3 In Harmony Integrative Health Centre reserves the right to refuse a service if it is deemed unsafe for the client.
