Our massage services include our signature therapeutic massage with osteopathic techniques, deep tissue massage, Swedish relaxation massage, sports recovery massage, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, Ayurvedic massage, Indian head massage, and specialised pre-and-post-natal massages (with special bed). Each approach offers a different entry point into the body, allowing treatments to be tailored to individual needs, preferences, and life stages.
