Aurélie Belsot is an experienced chiropractor with over 20 years of clinical practice. She graduated from the French chiropractic school IFEC and has spent much of her professional career practicing internationally, including several years in Istanbul, before recently relocating to Lagos in the Algarve. Aurélie works primarily with conditions affecting the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. She supports patients experiencing a wide range of issues including back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder tension, joint dysfunction, and knee pain. Her work combines chiropractic care with functional neurology, allowing her to assess and support the relationship between the brain, nervous system, and body movement. She has a particular interest in working with children using functional neurology approaches that support neurological development and nervous system regulation. Aurélie takes a holistic view of health, recognising the close connection between the body’s structure, neurological function, and overall wellbeing. Her approach focuses on understanding the root causes of dysfunction and supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance. In addition to treating people, Aurélie is also trained in chiropractic care for animals and can provide treatment for four-legged companions.
