Ana is a Hatha Yoga and Meditation teacher trained in the Satyananda and Sivananda traditions, with over 20 years of personal practice and around 15 years of teaching experience. Her path is rooted in deep respect for the Indian yogic tradition and an understanding of yoga as a journey of awareness, presence and inner transformation. She has trained in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Thailand and India, integrating body, breath, mind and spirit in her approach. A student of Grazia Ugazzi, within the Satyananda lineage trough Gurupuja, Ana shares yoga with simplicity, authenticity and care. Alongside her yoga work, she is a Psychomotor therapist working with children in both educational and clinical settings, providing an integrative psychomotor approach for children and their families.
